OAHU

Honolulu:

Sharks Billiards on Nimitz next to World Cafe on the first floor under the parking lot.

Velvet Touch Billiards on Auahi street in Kakaako has one clean, well-maintained Tornado in top condition. Soon to getanother table.

UH Campus Center Rumour has it that they have foosball again (4/2001).  Let us know how it is!

Pipeline Cafe has Tornado foosball. The tables need serious maintenance, have old white balls in horrible shape (no red Tornado balls), and the tables are dirty, off-balance, and some of the rods are TS rods. Not recommended, until the owners get a clue and get the tables playable. (808) 589-1999. Pohukaina St. in Kakaako (Honolulu).

Hawaiian Brian Billiards apparently has brought back two tables, Tornados,  in the corner by the Darts... but all of Hawaii's best players have already migrated to Sharks. 1680 Kapiolani Blvd., Honolulu. Walkable from the Ewa end (West End) of Waikiki, if you're the tourist type, you can walk here. (808) 946 1343.

Moose McGillycuddy'sin Waikiki apparently has gotten a Tornado foosball table... its rods are sometimes in need of lubrication, and some of the balls are the yellow Dynamo kind, but it's the only Tornado in Waikiki. 310 Lewers St. Honolulu, HI; (808) 923-0751. (4/99)

Cheerleaders Sports Bar & Grill inMoanalua Shopping Center, Shop 7. 422-2242, 1 Tornado, supposed to have another table on the way. (5/01)

Scores Bar & Grill at 661 Auahi, Bldg 3 ( Honolulu / Kakaako Area) 526-4161 1 Tornado.

ZAPP!  and Global LInk have closed.

Andif you've been away from Oahu a *really* long time, there's no more foosball at UH Campus center or that place in Pucks Alley. . . Players downtown no longer has Frankie's tables. The Rose & Crown & Snappers have closed

Windward:

Bay View Golf Park (Kaneohe).Golf course, Driving range, Mini Golf, and now foosball. They have one Tornado in poor condition with bad white balls, and the table is an older model. But if you're out in Kaneohe, you're in luck with a Tornado. 45-285 Kaneohe Bay Drive. (808 247-0451 and 236-1802 and 236-0060).

The Green Apple in Pearl City has closed

ZAX Family Fun Center in Kaneohe has closed. (3/99)

MAUI

The Sports Page Bar Kihei, One Tornado, half Tornado balls, half horrible white balls. Rods are gummed up so bring some lube, or slide some paper between the rods & bearing to clear the gunk from the bearings yourself. Beers on tap and four pool tables. Next door to Maui Taco, which is nice.

Maui Family Billiards & Amusement - 199 Dairy Road; Kahului, HI (808) 871-9313 Two Tornados. I heard they sometimes have tournaments. If you know for sure, let me know.

Pa'ani Bar at the Wailea Outrigger Hotel -A bar open at night only in this hotel in South Kihei. You don't have to be a guest, so just park and come on in; call the hotel for instructions, as the bar is closed during the day. 1 Tornado table. (2 pool tables).

BIG ISLAND

Shooters Cafe - 121 Banyan Drive; Hilo, HI (808) 969-7069. One Tornado. Billiard Tornaments too, so maybe they have Foos tournaments. 2/2000: may be closed or no longer with foosball.

SuzyQ's - info to be posted.

If you know about any foos on military bases, let me know, I'm sure there are some in Schoffield, maybe at a bowling alley? Or maybe out in Johnston Atoll??? :-) News Flash 2/2000: I was browsing the web, and MIDWAY ISLAND has a foosball table. Anybody got a photo?
